Dear Candidates,
Registration for second cycle programs for the 2026/2027 academic year in the Internet Registration of Candidates (IRK) system will begin on June 9 at 12:00 pm and will continue until July 13 (end of day).
The order of registration in the IRK system does not affect the outcome, as admission is based on a ranked list.

Key admission dates for programs conducted in English:
- June 9 (Tuesday), from 12:00 - Start of registration in the IRK system and payment of the admission fee.
- July 13 (Monday), end of the day - Last day for registration in the IRK system and payment of the admission fee.

1. Verification of English language proficiency (English language exam).
Applies to candidates for Specialized Theological Studies and European Public Diplomacy who:
a) hold a diploma from a Polish university and do not possess any of the documents confirming English proficiency listed at the following links:

b) hold a diploma from a foreign university, are EU citizens within the meaning of Article 2(3) of the Act of 14 July 2006 on the entry into, stay in, and departure from the territory of the Republic of Poland of citizens of EU Member States and their family members, and do not possess any of the documents confirming English proficiency listed in Annex No. 2, point 1(a) of the Regulation of the Minister of Science and Higher Education of 30 July 2025 on the types of documents certifying knowledge of the language of instruction (Journal of Laws 2025, item 1045):

2. Admission interviews for candidates for the European Public Diplomacy program.
Interviews apply to:
• candidates with a diploma from a Polish university in a field not assigned to the discipline "political and administrative sciences",
• candidates with a diploma from a foreign university.
The interview will be conducted in English. It will assess the candidate’s general knowledge of European public diplomacy and their motivation to pursue this field.

Admission interviews for candidates for the Specialized Theological Studies program:
• candidates with a diploma from a Polish university
• candidates with a diploma from a foreign universityThe interview assesses the candidate’s theological knowledge, particularly in the chosen specialization.
Admission to the Specialized Theological Studies program (taught in English) requires a Master’s degree in theology or an equivalent degree, as well as:
1) for clergy, seminarians, and consecrated persons — permission from their bishop or superior general;
2) for all other applicants — a recommendation from the parish priest of their place of residence;
3) for applicants who were seminarians in a major seminary or who completed a postulancy or novitiate in an institute of consecrated life — the consent of the Grand Chancellor.
- July 22 (Tuesday) - publication of admission results:
• 12:00 pm — European Public Diplomacy
• 2:00 pm — Specialized Theological Studies - July: 23, 24, 27, 28, 29, 30, 31 - submission (delivery) of paper documents to the university by admitted candidates
